New Dual Champion!

In the history of the Brittany, there have been 627 Brittanys who have attained the title of Dual Champion. As a breed, we have more dual champions than all other pointing breeds combined and we're exceptionally proud of this record. With that in mind, Allison and I could not be happier to announce our second Dual Champion (pending AKC verification) DC High Hopes Big Gamble. Allison finished Riley with his second major at the New Castle, Pennsylvania, dog show this past weekend. Although many people provided her with tips, help and support, Allison handled Riley to each and every point herself.To make the day even sweeter, Riley's littermate, Summer, owned by Ron and Kathy Gulembo, finished her Dual Champion title on the same day. They're the second and third dogs from this litter to do so. What an accomplishment for breeders Al and Cindy Cropek! Thanks also to professional trainer Jimmy Johnson who finished Riley's FC title for us while we were home with our newborn daughter.

While we're proud of Riley's accomplishments, he's still a young dog and we think he has a lot of winning left to do in the field.
